I can't see a charge

Work down this list. Most missing charges are one of the first three.

  1. A filter is hiding it. Transactions opens on the All tab with no date limit, but Summit remembers the filters you used last. Clear any filter chips at the top of the list.
  2. It's still pending. New charges show under the Pending tab. When the bank posts the charge, the posted version replaces the pending one.
  3. You can't see that card. Members see their own cards plus cards an admin has shared with them. Managers and Admins see every card. Ask your admin to share the card with you.
  4. You're in a different entity. If your company has more than one entity, each has its own list. Use the organization switcher in the sidebar to change entity.
  5. The bank feed hasn't caught up. Summit checks for new charges through the day. An admin can click Sync on the Cards & banks page to pull new charges now.
  6. The bank connection needs attention. If Cards & banks shows "Connection Requires Attention," an admin clicks Reconnect Now and signs in to the bank again.
  7. It's older than the card's history. When a card is first connected, Summit imports a set window of history, 30 days unless the admin picked more. An admin can bring in older charges with Pull Historical.
