Link Procore projects and vendors
Map each Procore project and vendor to its accounting record so pay app reviews can be checked against your books.
Pay application reviews compare what Procore says with what's in your books. For that, each Procore project needs its accounting project, and each Procore vendor needs its vendor record. Do this right after you connect Procore, and whenever new projects or subs show up.
Linking needs the same access as connecting Procore, which Admins have.
Open the mappings
Go to Settings > Accounting > ERP connection and open the Procore tab. You can also click Mappings on the Procore card. The tab only shows once Procore is connected.
Let Summit suggest links
- Under Auto-match, click Auto-match. Summit looks for unlinked projects and vendors whose names match.
- Review the suggestions.
- Click Apply N matches. Nothing changes until you do.
Summit only suggests links it's confident about. Anything it isn't sure of is left for you.
Link the rest by hand
- Projects: for each Procore project, pick its Intacct project. You can also pick the Project manager.
- Vendors: for each Procore vendor, pick the matching Vendor record.
Changes save as soon as you pick. Rows still showing Not mapped or Not linked need attention.
If a project or vendor you expect isn't listed, it hasn't synced from Procore yet. Click Sync now on the Procore card, or check the connecting user's access in Procore.
