My sign-in link doesn't work
Links work once and expire. If you see "This sign-in link has expired or was already used," click Start again and request a new one. Use the newest email. Your admin can also send you one from your page in People.
Why can't I edit the memo on my phone?
The mobile app shows the memo but can't change it yet. Add or edit memos on the web at app.summitspend.com.
I keep getting reminder emails
They stop once each charge has its receipt and memo. You can also turn them off in Settings > Notifications with Receipt and coding reminders.
Can I split a charge across jobs or GL accounts?
Yes, on the Professional plan and up. Open the charge, choose Split across departments or projects, and add lines until they add up to the total.
I put a personal charge on the company card
Tell your admin. They can mark it excluded so it stays out of accounting, and sort out repayment with you.
How do I get paid back for something I bought myself?
In the mobile app, choose Add Cash Expense and turn on Submit for reimbursement. On the web, go to Expenses > Reimbursements.
